Why Miguna is Stranded in Canada

Post by Sarah23 » Wed Sep 19, 2018 9:58 am

The reason Miguna Miguna is stranded in Canada is because of his humungous ego, the size of Mt Kilimanjaro.

All he needs to do is apply for travel documents at the Kenyan High Commission in Ottawa. But he doesn’t want to do that because he does not recognize the government of President Uhuru Kenyatta.

Very odd, considering that if he were to do that and travel to Kenya using his Canadian passport, all the cases he has filed in court would be ruled in his favour since most of the current judges are ant-government. They would also award him a hefty compensation package because of his ’suffering’.

The question is, will Miguna swallow his pride and apply for a Kenyan visa so he can travel back home?

“Let’s cripple all business and other activities in Nairobi through peaceful pickets and disruptive events for weeks on end,” Miguna writes.

“NASA was to unveil a fresh list of companies, products, services and prominent names of agents of tyranny and plunder to be boycotted every month.

“We recommended that Haco Tiger Group of Companies owned by Chris Kirubi, Uhuru Kenyatta’s Commercial Bank of Africa, Equity Bank and other banks should be added onto the list…

“But his suggestion of Equity Bank, he claims, triggered instant fury from Raila, whom he says was opposed to the oath, and trembled like a leaf in the lead up to January 30, 2018.

“Raila jumped in as soon as I said Equity Bank. “Nooooo, Miguna, we cannot boycott Equity. That will hurt our people,” he loudly protested.

“I agree with Miguna,” Wanjigi (Jimi) jumped in.

“Jimi Wanjigi is by far the most feared man in Kenya: the US embassy barred him from the US because, in part, it believed he had threatened to kill whistleblower John Githongo.

“Long term investigations by the Nation have revealed a story of an almost impossibly wealthy tender oligarch, whose money affords him a degree of political influence, which has turned the Kenyan political class, intelligentsia and media into mere pawns in a corrupt chess game where the Kenyan economy is plucked like a chicken.”

“Jimi Richard Wanjigi is the poster child of what is broken about the Kenyan dream — the burning desire to accumulate a fortune, by whatever means.

“The business and political influence, Savile Row suits, gold-plated rimless glasses and fat bank accounts are not, by all accounts, from a diligent application of honest labour, but wheeler-dealing…

“Thanks to the Kenyan taxpayer, whose money he has plundered with impunity through Anglo Leasing-type contracting, Mr Wanjigi sits, like a spider, at the center of a web of the trappings of wealth and power.”
