“Dennis Itumbi, a digital strategist based at Deputy President William Ruto’s Harambee Annex office has been arrested by officers from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) over an alleged plot to assassinate Ruto.”

Even without this case, this guy shouldn’t be in government. His recent stunts prove he shouldn’t be in a place sensitive issues are being discussed.
