If a missile was launched from Iran to Saudi Arabia, everyone would say “Iran has attacked Saudi Arabia”, but there is one person, @xelo, who would say, “Israel has attacked Saudi Arabia”.
Although unlikely, it is not impossible for a very determined, rich, well-equiped and crooked state actor to sneak a missile to another country and launch it, so as to provoke a war.
During the height of the Cold War, Mathias Rust, a German teenager,
managed to land his small plane in Red Square, Moscow. For decades, shadowy characters have been shipping all sorts of drugs to the most technologically advanced countries in the world without detection.
Just replace the drugs with weapons.
Iran knows that an attack on any of the Gulf states would be blamed on them. It is therefore extremely unlikely that they would attack those countries. When it comes to motive, Israel has the motive to launch a False Flag attack, so Iran can be blamed.
The only way I would believe Iran has attacked any of its neighbours, is if:
1. Iran claims responsibility, or
2. An unhurried investigation, done by a neutral organisation, concludes that Iran did it.
I am surprised that some intel agencies do not realise how desperate Israel is. They desperately want a major war, asap. Reason: Their famed Mossad has f*cked up big time, and they very, very, desperately, want to prevent the world from knowing about it.
Israel knows only a major war will prevent the world from finding out what their famous spy agency has done.
